Investment Green Card

There are many reasons why more people are considering permanent immigration to America with an EB5 investment green card visa rather than other visa options such as the E2, L1 or H1B, which are not based on providing permanent residency.

Among the reasons frequently given to immigrate via the investment green card are the advantages of an education in US schools and colleges, retirement in the warmer climates of Florida and California, to enjoy greater freedom compared to the country they are moving from, to start a business, to live in a more stable and lawful society or to enjoy the benefits of a very competitive cost of living and reasonable tax rates.

An increasingly popular method of obtaining lawful permanent residence is through EB-5 investment green card status. The EB -5 investment green card necessitates an investment of $1,000 000 or in certain cases $500,000 in an approved regional center program. This investment in the EB5 investor program can lead to a client receiving I-526 conditional green card approval in a relatively short time compared to other visa options.

The EB-5 investment green card has the added advantages of allowing a spouse and children under 21 to also be included, while also allowing investors to live in any part of the United States while choosing any of the current approved Regional Centers.

The regional center programs that have been USCIS approved to lead to EB5 green card investment status vary enormously in terms of experience, status, numbers of investors etc and there has been concerns raised as to the potential viability of some programs being planned. However, there are now a number of examples of families who have successfully relocated to the USA via the EB-5 green card, have complied with all requirements and had their investment funds repaid.

Which EB5 is here to help potential EB-5 green card investors through providing education regarding the current Regional Center programs.
