How to compare EB5 Regional Centers

A key question that we are frequently asked is how we compare the various EB-5 regional projects and we often say in response, comparison alone may not always be enough.

In the early days of the EB-5 visa when only a few regional centers offered eb5 programs, comparison was at least relatively straightforward. However with an ever increasing number of regional centers, some offering a variety of programs and all making positive claims, comparisons by potential immigrants considering the options is much harder to do.

Then of course there are recently launched projects – indeed we are constantly approached by new projects seeking our advice. Some we refuse to deal with as we have concerns on their viability from a consumer perspective.

It is very much a full time job checking out the various centers beyond the brochure claims. We are also concerned about some of the information on various emigration blog sites that could be viewed as misleading, incorrect and potentially dangerous.
