August 4th, 2011

Over the years we have talked to many immigrants about the and have worked with getting on for 300 families from all corners of the world that have opted for a variety of projects.  We have a 100% track record at both the and I-829 stage with .

It’s always good to hear how things are going for past clients and I just got off the phone with one of our previous clients who has just received his I-829 approval and is now looking forward to in a few years time.

Hearing back from people is so important, both in terms of how they feel they have been treated by the Regional Center program they chose and also how they have settled into life in ; we have families that have relocated to all areas of the . The vast majority have been delighted with their American move although inevitably challenges and problems have cropped up from time to time. Being first generation immigrants ourselves we have empathy with many of the issues that have cropped up.

At WhichEB5.com  we include details of some of the EB-5 and relocation  experiences from our previous clients, if you would like further information or to talk to someone from your country who has relocated to the USA contact us on ++1-561-771-1330

May 25th, 2011

how long does an eb5 visa application takeProcessing times have varied and at present you should assume between seven and twelve months from the time your petition is filed with the until your Consular interview at the or adjustment of status.

Given the significant variation in time spans, if you have a specific requirement such as planning for children’s education or a child turning 21, it would be best to allow twelve months.

The typical time scales shown below indicate a wide range that will depend on how your application is filed, the attorney you chose, the you select and the processing times at USCIS California Service Center.

For the latest up to date information on processing times as well as details on issues that can lead to your application taking longer than normal contact Chase Brodsky at Which EB5

Processing of the petition at the California Processing Center 6 to 8 months
Processing at the National Visa Center or Consulate interview About 3-4 months

Where can I find experienced, independent information on the investor visa?
April 15th, 2010
Experianced, independent advice for those seeking a US investment visa

Independent advice on the US

This is a question we often see come up in emails, chat and blogs.

It is confusing for someone just beginning their search for information. It’s really difficult to find independent advice. There are agents in foreign countries who promote one single , attorneys who may be very experienced in the law but lack experience in the complex EB5 visa programs and have not visited the regional centers. Then you have the regional centers themselves. Some regional centers like to promote their 100% success rate, and why shouldn’t they? The Problem is, some of them have only one or two . Does that give you a true picture? They have many other tricks up their sleeves too.

How are you supposed to find experienced, independent information on the program?

Now obviously we are biased, but just take a minute and make the comparisons then you can decide the answer to the question “Where can I find experienced, independent information on the investor visa”?

•    Which EB5 do not promote any single regional center.
•    We visit the active regional centers multiple times to see exactly what is going on; are they successful?
•    We will likely hit the 200 mark of successful clients this year; that’s a lot of experience.
•    Our clients have chosen multiple regional centers.
•    Our principals have published perhaps the only book written for the EB5 investor, from your perspective.
•    Our principals are first generation themselves; they know what it is like to bring a family to a new country.

Be careful out there. So many false claims are being made at this time it can be dangerous to proceed without experienced, independent EB5 information. Call +1-559-EB5-INFO – or email info@WhichEB5.com and get started on your path to status and (if you so desire) right now.

Choosing the right Regional Center isn’t as easy as it sounds
November 11th, 2009

decision-making-processesWhen looking for fast-track legal permanent residency () in the via the program, caution should be a critical consideration when selecting a specific project for you to trust.

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services have approved a lot of regional centers which qualify for status. On the surface this provides excellent choice but there are some pitfalls. Making the wrong decision on where to invest could result in a revocation of your green card status after two years and possibly a loss of your initial $500,000 or $1 million .

As potential EB-5 investors there are several things beyond a return on your investment to worry about. It is important to be certain that the investment does meet the qualifications set by ; it must also result in the creation of at least 10 jobs.

The program can provide an excellent way to speed up your status, and ultimately U.S. citizenship, but you need to take the time to educate yourself before moving forward.  Making a $500,000 investment is a big undertaking no matter the circumstances.

You need to gain solid information about a number of factors before moving ahead. Some of the things to consider include which regional centers obtain green cards the fastest, which ones are offering a rapid return on investment and even which ones have a 100 percent rate of green card approvals.

The principals of Which EB5 are advocates of immigrant investors and have chosen to be independent by not representing any one regional center. They have worked with more than 900 families and more than 150 who have opted for a regional center program.

Could the EB-5 be an alternative to student visas?
July 14th, 2009

A number of students have been financed by relatives for the which not only enables them to work as they wish during their course of study but also to remain permanently in the USA to develop their career and life as permanent residents and if they wish after five years apply for . What are the most frequent EB5 investor experiences and how can they help you?
March 18th, 2009

David and Fran Hodgkinson retired from local government consultancy posts before relocating to the USA four years ago via the pilot program. They spent several months thoroughly researching options and felt it was imperative they immigrate via a route rather than any temporary . They felt after stressful high pressure jobs, relaxation in the sun with their dogs was the key consideration rather than having to set up and maintain a business in The USA, which is a requirement of other options.

Fran had retained great memories of after student days as a camp councilor with BUNAC and the thrill was reawakened on holidays to , including .

Having looked at a shortlist of property options in Florida, they chose a ranch style home with 6 acres of land in Myakka several miles outside Sarasota as the ideal move from their home in a small town. Having personally cleared their land of scrub to design their garden, they feel their Florida has given them even more than they expected.

They have been very happy with their decision to immigrate via the regional center program. The conditions of their green cards have been removed (successful I-829) and they are coming up to the stage where they could apply for . They feel their particular selection of regional center has worked well from an perspective.
