Is the EB5 visa a better alternative to the E2 visa?

E2 visa or EB5 visa?The visa requires an investment of $500,000 but provides the of green cards and for the applicant and their immediate in the USA.

The visa may well require a significantly smaller investment but does not provide permanent residence in the USA. Therefore it requires regular re-application and as circumstances change, for example business failure or , it may be necessary to leave the USA.

A number of emigrants have experienced problems with the E2 visa which does not provide permanent residency and in a number of cases can and indeed will require you to return to your country of origin.

LA Film Regional Center with Time Warner

The latest program to be announced is the long awaited Los Angeles Film project through Can Am enterprises. It is an program that will be a $100 MM loan to Inc.

Time Warner is the world’s second largest media and entertainment conglomerate, with major operations in film, television, publishing, Internet service and telecommunications.  This project is projected to create more than 3,500 direct and indirect jobs, allocating 17-18

As , the Los Angeles Film Regional Center will receive a corporate from Time Warner.
